Bio

Pleased to Meet You!

 I'm Heather. I believe the relationship an assistant has with their client is critical; you need to trust in me and my abilities, and I will, in time, be able to pre-empt your needs before you know you need them! 


My background is a varied one, a BA in Journalism and Editorial Design, many years as a C-level PA and Office Manager and finally back to studying and ten years as a Primary School Teacher. After starting my own family, I have decided to go back to my first love.
 

I started Glasshouse Admin Services a year ago and it has gone from strength to strength. I now have a solid and varied portfolio of long-standing clients whom I have forged strong relationships with.


I am highly organised, can serve as an effective gatekeeper, handle high-level sensitive information, busy calendars and be a trusted partner for those I support. I have over 15-year experience in the admin / PA field with excellent knowledge of many office systems.


I excel at building relationships, always striving to foster respect, trust, honesty, integrity and results. I bring energy and commitment to every role and a smile to every client.
